GSV Solutions Pty Ltd is developing policies, procedures and internal controls designed to support lawful, ethical and responsible business practices. Our standards are being established around worker rights, workplace safety, compliance, privacy and accountability.
Compliance First
Compliance is central to the way GSV Solutions is preparing for future operations. We are developing systems to support our obligations under applicable employment, workplace safety, taxation, superannuation, migration, privacy and labour hire laws.

These systems are under development while our Victorian labour hire licence application is being assessed. Labour hire operations have not commenced.
GSV Solutions Pty Ltd has applied for a Victorian labour hire licence. The application is currently under assessment. GSV Solutions is not currently providing, advertising or entering into arrangements for labour hire services and will not commence labour hire operations unless and until the required licence has been granted.

We believe every worker must be treated fairly, professionally and with dignity. Our developing policies are intended to support clear communication, lawful employment practices and accessible ways for workers to ask questions or raise concerns.
Clear Information
Workers should receive understandable information about their employment, workplace expectations, policies and responsibilities.
Respect and Dignity
Workers should be treated respectfully regardless of their background, nationality, language, gender, age, disability, religion or other protected attribute.
Fair Workplace Practices
Employment decisions and workplace processes should be lawful, consistent and properly documented.
Freedom to Raise Concerns
Workers should be able to report concerns without intimidation, retaliation or victimisation.
Safety at Work
Worker health, safety and wellbeing will be central to our approach. GSV Solutions is developing procedures to help identify hazards, communicate safety information and respond appropriately to workplace incidents and concerns.

Workplace Inductions
Workers should receive appropriate workplace and site-specific safety information.

Personal Protective Equipment
Required personal protective equipment should be provided, correctly used and properly maintained.

Hazard Reporting
Workers should be shown how to identify and report hazards promptly.

Emergency Procedures
Workers should understand emergency exits, evacuation points, first-aid arrangements and emergency contacts.

Incident Reporting
Workplace incidents, injuries and near misses should be recorded, reviewed and escalated appropriately.

Worker Consultation
Workers should be encouraged to participate in workplace health and safety discussions.
No worker should be expected to perform work they reasonably believe is unsafe without reporting the concern and receiving appropriate guidance.
Respectful and Inclusive Workplaces
GSV Solutions intends to promote workplaces where people are treated fairly and unlawful conduct is not tolerated.
